Our purpose is to provide insights about cutting tools in the work place, targeted on issues related to safety, ergonomy and performance.

Many managers implementing safety programs are often conflicted in the choice of cutting tools that their employees will embrace in the work place, yet provide essential safety and ergonomy features.

The blog is authored by a team of safety and ergonomy consultants, who have spent considerable amount of time on factory floors. ( In a soon to come post, we will present ourselves ).

This has given them some clear insights into the worker’s mind, putting them in a position to offer solutions that will be welcome not only by management, but embraced by operators.

Qualicut was created to fill the unnecessary gaps between two worlds : industrial and utility on one hand and safety and ergonomy on the other hand.

Qualicut is a company which aims at bringing to market solutions to industrial markets that reconcile high performance with safety and ergonomy. Our core belief : Safety and ergonomy are “naturals” that do not have to be “second class “attributes in product design but instead, if done right, core features that will strengthen the job No 1 of any cutting tool : Performance !
